Wonderful year of friendship and growth.
Some weeks back I started to form a mental picture of how I was going to write my thank you's to my friends and to wish them happinesss for the holiday period and beyond.
My first thoughts were to mention every last one of you, as this is what ideally I would like to do.
As I started to make the list, it dawned upon me that Gesar have literally hundreds of friends that we are directly in touch with and still more others who indirectly we are associated.
Now it is my job to write one blog that thanks you all, with no photo's and no mention of individuals as the space and time are simply not available.
Certainly without the friends of Gesar we would not be in the position we are today. During the last twelve months we have sown global seeds. Again I am tempted to mention names and choirs but I refuse to be drawn as though I may start with, for instance, the Caerphilly Male Voice Choir, where would I go from there?
Everybody working under the Gesar umbrella has played a vital role in our success. Where would be without our fantastic web designers Nick and Adam at Sqn Solutions. Their role has been vital and what a wonderful job they have done for the children.
Joan Diamond has single handed, kept our Gesar Drama going and what about the varied versions of the world Anthem Wish Fulfilling Tree? A whole list of individuals have been involved in this from the BBC, street buskers and classical musicians and choristers.
I think of the established and developing humantarians that are working as Gesar Foundation Ambassadors. Dominika Baran, kara Green, Terry Emberson, Jacky and Paul Stone and Corina Cattermull. Much of the work done by these fine people remains as yet unreported and all have teams, or are a part of a team that does something truly meaningful in the world today.
The Jaden Cornelious Foundation was formed this past year inspired by the efforts of Gesar, as was the Tambola Foundation that benefits the children of Colombia. We all have so many friends to celebrate with. We can all rejoice at our having met with each other.
I will say no more.
I wish all living beings, every happiness, every contentment, every success and prosperity for now and in the future.
And as a final word. Thank you Magdalena Rutkowska for the donation of the Wish Fulfilling Tree perfect painting.
Bless you all.
From your friend Pawo
