Children can truly celebrate the arrival of their gift

To make something happen we often need the cooperation of several, even many individuals, who selflessly give of themselves for the benefit of others. Certainly we can say this is true of the launch of the world Anthem for children WishFulfilling Tree.

This months news letter is a tribute to kind friends.

The painting below is an oil on canvas donated to the Gesar Foundation as a gift to be used for the benefit of the world's children by the Polish artist Magdalena Rutkowska. It is to compliment the children's Anthem, both are titled Wish Fulfilling Tree.

The Anthem is to be recorded by orchestra's, choirs and individuals in every country. It is a flag to fly high so nations may come together as a collective and set forth the international trend for the well being of children everywhere, our future guardians and custodians of earth.

The Gesar Foundation wish to thank Magdalena Rutkowska for her kindness,generosity and foresight. We will employ this beautiful painting in many ways, it's first job is to serve as a CD sleeve for the children's Anthem. The music and the painting are to become synonymous with the positive potential of all the world's children without exception.

This painting is not to be sold but is to travel the world as a silent Ambassador. It will be the centre piece exhibit at every venue where the work of the artist is to be viewed. For the next three month's it can be seen at the Palette and Pallet Exhibition at the knaypn Restaurant Gallery 268 Kings Street Hammersmith London. At the close of this exhibition the painting will go to Italy.

The Caerphilly Male Voice Choir are about to record our difinitive version of Wish Fulfilling Tree. We look forward to this historic evening. The choir are to be accompanied by the world's leading Harpist Catrrin Finch.

We wish to thank the BBC for the part they played in making this moment happen. As a result of your collective generosity we shall encourage the public to donate their unused musical instruments to schools so children receive the opportunity to develop their talents for the betterment of society. Where better to do this from than the Land Of Song?

Jaden Cornelious, a star introduced to Gesar by Joan Diamond, is one of the finest men I have ever had the distinct pleasure to meet. Even at the cost of his own comfort Jaden will always help others when and how he can. His time is precious but in recent months he has selflessly devoted his energy to assist Olivia Newton John in her work for breast cancer.

In a recent conversation with Jaden, he pointed out the tragedy, not only for the person with breast cancer but also the effect this has on others. Young children who lose their mothers for example.

Jaden has given his life to do what little he can to end their suffering. This is what I call a good person. He won't thank me but I think he is a living hero. Thinking of him and others like him makes me feel very emotional.

Though Jaden will always be a Gesar Ambassador we look forward to hearing more about the Jaden Cornelious Foundation in which Gesar will certainly support him.

The picture below shows Jaden at a resent meeting with Olivia Newton John. It's my wish for the two of them to record a duet of Wish Fulfilling Tree. They would do a super job and children will only benefit. This is me in my heavy hinting mood!!!!!!

It was Jaden who introduced us to Emerson Newton John, who now features as a Gesar Ambassador on our 'Friends we all recognise page' Emerson is pictured below.

Dominika Baran and her Brighton team stage their latest Musical Collage evening later this month. Dominika is a Gesar Ambassador who is building a fine reputation for wonderful music events that support children in Polish orphanages.

We are delighted to hear that she is now planning an event in London with the help of Magdalena Rutkowska and her usual team.

If you are a fan of a good night out with friends, then the Musical Collage evenings are a must.

We still look for further friends to join us in the development of children's after school activities. We suggest that all who are inspired contact us. We will one day see the Gesar name in every corner of the world. All children will be safe and secure in the knowledge that we will cherish them. No child will live in fear of inappropriate actions from us elders.

There will be those who doubt or lack conviction in this asperation but if the potential for cruelty and mayhem exist, then so does the potential for peace and harmony.

It is of no use to say 'it will not happen' the ball is with us and it most certainly can. How wonderful to be recorded in history as the generation that turned a tide from despair to happiness. It is not what others do. It is what we do as individuals that counts.

In England and some other countries we enjoy great freedom but with freedom comes responsibility. We can use the luxury we have to serve others, not necessarily with money aid but with what we think, say and do.

Lets all be determined to be thoughtful adults, to use our lives so others may benefit from it. Our children all like a super hero and that hero can be each one of us.

We sign off this month with a wave and smile from Dorje and John Wilks. Dorje wrote the music for Wish Fulfilling Tree and John scored it for orchestra and choir. He has also scored a version for Organ in readiness for the Cathedral choirs and the harp version to be played by Catrin Finch in Caerphilly. Without the generosity of these two men we would have no foundation to have built on.
