You were right Pawo, I DO like this song. :)

Will link it to a few people I know, who will no doubt enjoy and might help out in some way.

Hope things are going well!

Dear all
As you know Wish fulfilling tree has been recorded in various versions and we are in the process of securing the Albert hall for a large concert of the various versions in October. We are delighted to announce MJ Paranzino as our musical director who will have aa 200 strong choir performing it as well as gosel, reggae, ballad versions culminating in an orchestral version. We would like to thank with all our hearts the numerous people involved in this from conception to production for being of a mind to serve the worlds children. Blessings on you all, all my love
Dorje

This is the newly named Freya, she is a trait type 15hh 15 year old horse that QOLAS has offered a home for life, here at the sanctuary in Devon.

some funds have been donated already and pledged to help save her but more is needed before she is loaded up to go to Italy next week.

also this is Forria

she is a little mare who is in foal and also booked on to the lorry next week. again some funds have been raised to save her and a home in France is available for her to go to.

Equine section is a not for profit group that is helping to free these equines of a long journey to there death. they are also supporting causes that are campaigning to stop the live export of equines. Please visit there web site and forum for more details on how you can help.

and also please can i ask everyone to refrain from making negative comments. This thread is about helping these horses not about the politics of rescuing from France. (to which i am guilty of in past threads on this subject)

Hello darling Pawo, it has been way too long since we last got together and I miss you.

We have much to talk about, if you are around at any stage then please let me know. We can go for a lovely Vegan meal and swap stories!

Pawo, it was delightful to meet you near Paignton Station yesterday afternoon. I am fascinated by the work the Gesar Foundation is undertaking. I coach a girls football team (the first girls team in our town) that is run as close to buddhist prinicples as I can manage. I would be really interested to see if we could organise a fundraising event to help make sport more accessible to children elsewhere in the world. With thanks for your kind words yesterday - that I will carry with me. Metta Lesley
