Gesar Pledge
In the 1980's, Kelsang Pawo and Lord Brian Hamilton put together the ivory pledge that was to directly and indirectly save the lives of many elephants in Africa and effectively begin the end of the poaching trade.
Later with Nigel Casserly Kelsang Pawo put together the 'Pick Up The Pieces' organisation that was to be turned into the Readers Digest international blue flag award for clean beaches. This saved the lives of countless creatures that lived in the seas around the shorelines of the UK and further afield.
Now Pawo and Brian are putting together yet another pledge. This time it is for children. There will be no heavy campaign going on as Gesar aim to make child welfare a principle consideration in our life time.
