A Meeting With Liz

Pawo has not known Liz Busch for very long, infact the two have only met once. At their meeting during the late summer of 2007, Liz told Pawo of her work in Ghana and so taken by the courage of this young woman he pledged to assist in some way.

Our Next Drama School

We look very much forward to our next drama school opening. Though the drama is free, it is seen that our children attending will follow the example of Bideford (and soon London) and support children overseas who are not at present so very fortunate. In this case it is the children of Liz Busch in Ghana.

Liz Busch

The work of Liz Busch is best explained by her web site. Needless to say she is yet another fine example of the selfless nature that will always arise where their is a need for compassion. Please visit her site, see her work for yourself and if you choose to support her directly (despite what our children will do to help) she will be most appreciative, alternatively you can support her indirectly through Gesar.

A Message From Pawo

We wish you every success Liz and happiness for all beings. May all be safe, sheltered, fed and as of this moment may they truly prosper and assist others. Your work is a living example of what one person can achieve and do for another. I have no doubt that your personal legacy will be a fine one. Bless you Liz, it is a delight to know you. Write to me regularly and be happy.

The web site of Liz Busch is www.cdp-ghana

St Lukes links with Ghana

Our St Lukes drama school under the guidance of Becky Slack, Gesar head of drama, have been in touch with Liz in Ghana to inform her that they have plans in action to support her work. Well done young ones, you are a fine example of compassion in action. Keep up the good work and enjoy every minute of your time with Becky, we are all thinking of you and cheering you on.

Great news

St lukes drama company have raised their first sum to assist Liz Busch and Kids Corner. By performing their own play, our children were able to send a sum of Sixty pounds to Ghana.

Also we hear that, following a suggestion from the Gesar Foundation, the world famous Dartington College in Devon England are also to send a sum of money directly to the Ghana children. This is as a result of an introduction to the college by the international artist Miranda Garner who you will see listed on our Ambassador's page.

Unfortunately, since this article was published, our St Lukes Drama Company has had to temporarily close. This is due to the marriage and change of circumstances of Becky Slack, who is now former head of Gesar Drama.

We wish Becky and her husband every happiness in their new life and look forward to meeting the person who will step into her shoes at St Lukes.
